We want to make sure you and your pup are happy with what you've ordered. If they don't meet your expectations, please email us, and we will be more than happy to work out a solution with you!
Return and exchange are FREE and they follow the same procedures in our company, please refer to the instructions below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Email admin@peteriacanada.com within 30 days from the date of initial delivery.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, free of any pet hair or any markings, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging, proof of purchase is also required.
- Our administration team will review your request and reason for return or exchange. Please allow up to 2 - 4 business days for our administration team to process your request. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on the process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund.
- Item(s) sent back without Peteria Canada's approval will not be accepted and will be not refunded.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- We currently do not accept returns on gift cards.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGE PRODUCTS
- Please inspect your order upon reception, if you think you have received a defective or damage product, please email admin@peteriacanada.com within 5 days of receipt of your order, with photos and descriptions of the issue. Proof of purchase is also required.
- Our customer service team will open a case and look at the issue within 2 business days. We will contact you via email for any updates.
