SHIPPING
Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time will be based on shipping location. Standard shipping time estimates are as follow:
Most Canadian Destinations: 5-10 business days
Most US Destinations: 6-10 business days
All orders are shipped with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Sorry, we are unavailable to deliver to PO box at this time.
All orders over $60 CAD before tax will receive free shipping. Flat rate shipping charge of $7.99 CAD will be applied for orders that are less than $60 CAD before tax.

As we strive to provide you with the best experience, we are unable to modify any orders once shipped. For all orders that have not been shipped, please email admin@peteriacanada.com as soon as possible with all order details and requests. We will do our best to accommodate.

Return or exchange is FREE with the approval of our staffs. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
The product(s) must be in new condition with all packaging included. All returned products are subjected to inspection before processing refund payment.

If your pet is selected, we will send your pet with our products and ask that you promote on instagram with hashtag #peteriacanada. More information will be provided for successful canadiates.
Please refer to our sizing guide to determine the best size for your pets. In circumstances where the sizing is in between, we recommend sizing up as all our harness are adjustable for maximum flexibility.
